An Honest Review of Penis Extension Products

In this article I am going to give you something that you probably have searched long and hard for, but to no avail: an HONEST review of penis extension products, and a brief synopsis of WHY I don’t recommend any of them for male enhancement purposes. So if you’re interested in learning more about how you can grow your manhood without having to invest in a pump or pulley, read on..:-)

As someone who makes a significant part of my living writing on men’s health issues on line, I feel a certain natural affinity for the male enhancement side of the street. Why is that you ask? It’s quite simple. I’ve TRIED just about every product known to man in the hopes of building a bigger penis myself! Obviously this gives me a bit of a unique perspective, and I can tell you first hand that I’ve been disappointed with extension products across the board.

The traction on several of the devices I purchased (the central component of ALL extension devices) simply wasn’t comfortable…and felt decidedly like I was being stretched to my anatomical limits, which, if you haven’t’ experienced it, is a bit of a panicky feeling! You simply don’t KNOW what is kosher, vs what is simply too far. Several of the products I used wanted me to “wear it at work”. Now, if you had a boss like mine, you’d realize that the LAST thing I need is something else in my pants that is squeezing me to improve my performance..:-)

Seriously though, I just found the whole experience, on multiple occasions, a bit creepy for lack of a better word. Plus, I really couldn’t find ANY real evidence that they worked, other than the anecdotal evidence provided by the manufacturer..which is similar to asking your blind dates mom if she’s pretty before picking her up.

Ultimately, I discovered all NATURAL enhancement exercises, which was, as I’ve written about plenty of times in the past, EXACTLY what the doctor ordered!

Product Review – Active Ankle T2 For Volleyball

What makes the Active Ankle T2 so popular in volleyball?

The Active Ankle T2 provides 54% more stability than competitive products. The solid shell transfers some of the weight-bearing forces around the injury site up into the lower leg to help reduce pain.

A Drexel University study showed the brace reduced by about 8% the weight carried by the heel bone-equal to 12-pound unloading during ambulation in a 150-pound person. Bilateral hinges allow unrestricted flexion of the ankle assisting in a faster return to activity.

The T2 features a durable, quick-fitting single strap system that is adjustable for both high- and low-top shoes. Combined with feather-light E.V.A. padding that hugs every contour of the ankle the T2 offers a sleeker, less bulky brace while still offering maximum performance and protection.

The patented design reduces pain, increases stability by controlling medial/lateral motion of the calcaneus (heel bone). Bubble flex pads provide intermittent compression to massage edema away during ambulation. The solid U-shaped brace locks the ankle in place by surrounding it in a hard shell. Full elastic back ensures complete unrestricted blood flow to the Achilles’ tendon and virtually eliminates the chance for blistering. A short curved seamless arch virtually eliminates irritation to the bottom of the foot.

Robert Grey M.S. ATC, who is a coordinator of Athletic Training for The Cleveland Clinic Sports Health Division, endorses the T2 because many school and athletic programs have limited budgets and resources for expensive braces. The T2 is easy to fit, rigid in construction and provides the support & durability to last a full season.

The T2 accommodates a wide variety of shoe gear, so volleyball is not the only sport this brace is ideal for. Basketball, Tennis, Racquetball and other court sports have had tremendous success with the versatility and durability of this sure winner.

If you are a coach or trainer, looking for a brace that all players can wear, look no further. If you are an athlete, talk to your doctor or therapist about the Active Ankle T2.

It is always recommended to consult with your treating doctor to determine the correct brace for your orthopedic condition.

Review of the Strahlen LED Video Production Light

On paper, the specs of these lights look great, but how well do they perform in a real production setting? I got my hands on a kit of Strahlens, and after an interview shoot with them I found out that they were the real deal.

Product Review – HoMedics SC-540 Scale

Recently I purchased the HoMedics SC-540 scale at a local sporting goods store. My motive behind this purchase was to find a way to check my body fat percentage accurately. But what I got was much more. This scale takes into account your level of hydration, and will let you know what that is, along with your percentage of body fat, muscle and bone.

I’ve got a hand held body fact monitor that works by sending a signal through your palms, but has been remarkably inaccurate. So from what I’ve read and discussed with health care professionals, the models that take into consideration your hydration level should be more accurate. That’s why I thought this scale might be the right choice for me.

In addition to being more accurate, the display of your bodies hydration level along with the measurement of body fat percentage and muscle mass helps to allow you to track the changes in your body each week. This is important because if you notice that your hydration level has changed significantly from one measuring to the next then you can assume that your other stats may not be accurate, or at least should not be compared too strictly to previous readings. In this way I can feel confident that if my level of hydration is consistent, then I can trust that the other readings are accurate. That way I know if I’m dropping fat, or muscle and can react to those changes quickly. Obviously I want to increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat percentage and this scale is a great tool in helping me with that goal.

I was super excited to start using this scale and really feel like it’s been a good purchase. I’ve been able to see small fluctuations in my body fat from one week to the next and it’s reassuring to see that number dropping while my weight stays the same. While I’m currently doing INSANITY, my intent is to push my body fat as low as possible by the end of the program, then I’ll shift gears and probably go back into P90X with the purpose of putting on more muscle mass while maintaining my level of body fat. I think having this scale around is going to help quite a bit.
